We were fortunate enough to be able to host a seminar with Magnus at our gym and I can’t say
enough good things about it! Before hosting him, I had heard that his seminars are great from
other respected friends in the sport and the experience certainly lived up to the expectation and
then some. Magnus is such a class act, he’s incredibly generous with this time and knowledge
wanting to truly help people improve. The wisdom and experience he shared with everyone is
amazing, everyone I spoke with everyone afterwards, and they said they had gotten a ton out of
attending the seminar. Magnus went over his history in strongman, how he trained and set his
program up, specific exercises and drills he used to win 4 WSM titles, as well as a wealth of
fantastic stories. On top of that he took the time to coach all the attendees on whatever lift or
event they wanted help on, he made sure all the questions the attendees had were answered
and that everyone had a good experience. Everyone in attendance was very happy with the
seminar and as the host I couldn’t have been happier with it! If you are at all considering
attending one of Magnus’ seminars or hosting one I would highly recommend it.
